摘 要:分析了城郊煤矿选煤厂生产系统自动化方面的情况及存在问题,通过对选煤过程自动化、集中控制与区域集控、装车过程自动化 3 个方面的研究与优化,在保障产品质量和回收率的前提下,最大限度地提高了洗选系统的处理能力,达到了节能降耗、减人提效、经济效益最大化的目的。The situation and existing problems about the automation of the production system in the coal concentrator of Chengjiao Colliery were analyzed,and the automation of coal concentration process,centralized control and regional control,automation of train loading process were studied and optimized.On the premise of guaranteeing the product quality and recovery ratio,the processing capacity of the concentration system was enhanced to the maximum degree,thus the energy saving,staff downsizing and efficiency improvement,maximum economic efficiency were achieved.
