摘  要:煤炭生产正在向着集约化方向发展,减员提效、进一步提高工作面单产成为煤炭开采的主流。滚筒式采煤机作为煤炭开采的关键设备,其工作性能决定了工作面的产量及效率。笔者从轴向窜动控制、轴向承载能力、润滑性能以及轴系刚度等 4 个方面,分析讨论了滚筒式采煤机截割部行星机构行星架轴承的多种布置方案,并得出在不同要求下摇臂行星机构行星架轴承的最佳布置方案。Coal production is developing towards intensification,staff downsizing and efficiency improvement,and further increase in yield of work face has become the main direction in coal mining industry.As the key machine in coal production,the work performance of the drum shearer determines the yield and the productivity of the coal mining work face.The paper analyzed and compared various bearing layout schemes for the bearing of the planetary carrier in the cutting unit of the drum shearer in terms of axial displacement control,axial load carrying capacity,lubricity and shaft system rigidity,and then the optimal layout of the bearing of the planetary carrier in rocking arm planetary mechanism was achieved to satisfy various requirements.
