摘　　要：根据常见的矿山排水方式、排水系统组成单元、离心式水泵排水工艺、控制系统主要功能、控制方案及实现方式,以某金属矿山井下排水系统远程集控改造为背景,设计了矿山排水控制系统。该系统以PLC、检测单元和执行单元改造、WinCC软件为建设平台,通过水仓水位、主管道压力和流量、阀门开度感知等数据,远程自动对喂水泵、离心泵、电动闸阀和流量开关进行控制,实现了矿山排水系统的自动控制。Based on the transformation of the remote centralized control of the underground drainage system in a metal mine,the paper introduced common drainage modes in mine,constitution of drainage system,drainage technology of centrifugal pump,main functions of control system,control scheme and implementation methods.Being built on the platform involving PLC,modified detection and execution units and WinCC software,the system remotely and automatically controlled the feeding pump,centrifugal pump,electric gate and flow switch via the data about sump level,pressure and flow of main pipeline,valve opening etc.,thus the automatic control of the drainage system in mine realized.
