摘  要:通过对载金炭的常规酸洗除钙槽的槽体结构、搅拌方式和提炭方式进行优化设计,利用空气提升原理设计并优化酸洗除钙槽的中心循环桶,使得酸洗除钙槽的酸洗效率提高了约40%,载金炭吸附能力提升了7.07%。有效解决了载金炭采用常规酸洗除钙槽处理存在除钙时间长、除钙效果差、载金炭碘值低、处理能力小、作业人员劳动强度大和环境不友好等不足,具有极大的推广和应用价值。After the optimization in structure of the common tank for removing calcium carbonate from gold-bearing charcoal via acid pickling,mixing mode and moving mode of gold-bearing charcoal,the air lifting principle was applied to design and optimize the central cycling barrel of the acid-pickling tank,therefore the acid-pickling efficiency of the tank enhanced by about 40%,the absorbing capacity of the gold-bearing charcoal increased by 7.07%.Thus,the insufficiency of the common tank for removing calcium carbonate from gold-bearing charcoal via acid pickling such as long calcium carbonate removing duration,low iodine content of gold-bearing charcoal,poor processing capacity,heavy labor duty and environmental unfriendliness.It was of great spread and application value.
