涉农APP平台服务功能评价及智慧化改造升级服务

摘　　要：涉农APP平台是为用户提供农业相关信息的重要渠道。本文采用模糊综合评价法,利用yahhp软件构建判断矩阵,结果构建了包括平台内容和资源、平台利用、平台技术3个一级指标和24个二级指标的涉农APP平台的效能评价指标。利用指标体系评测了一亩田、惠农网、美菜商城、农管家、土流网五个为涉农平台的服务效能,并为平台的内容和资源、平台技术、平台利用的发展提供了意见和建议。Agriculture related app platform is an important channel to provide agricultural related information for users.In this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used,and the judgment matrix is constructed by using yahhp software.As a result,the function evaluation indexes of agriculture related app platform are constructed,including three first level indexes of platform content and resources,platform utilization,platform technology and 24 second level indexes.By using the index system,the paper evaluates the five service functions of the platform,which are yimutian,huinong.com,meicai.com,agricultural housekeeper and tuliu.com,and provides opinions and suggestions for the development of the platform's content and resources,platform technology and platform utilization.
