人力资本视角下的新型城镇化高质量发展研究——以安徽省16个地级市为例

摘　　要：为研究人力资本对新型城镇化高质量的影响,以安徽省16个地级市为研究对象,构建新型城镇化质量评估体系,运用熵值法测度安徽省2007-2019年综合评价值,在此基础上通过中介效应模型和调节效应模型,从人力资本的视角实证分析安徽省新型城镇化发展的路径,结果表明人力资源可以通过技术创新、劳动生产率以及产业结构升级三个路径对城镇化发展产生显著促进作用,社会固定资产投资可以通过影响人力资本促进城镇化高质量发展,财政支持要发挥促进作用的支持力度需要控制在适当的范围。In order to study the impact of human capital on the high quality of new urbanization,this paper takes 16 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province as the research object,constructs the quality evaluation system of new urbanization,measures the comprehensive evaluation value of Anhui Province from 2007 to 2019 by using entropy method,and empirically analyzes the impact path between human capital and new urbanization in Anhui Province through mediation effect model and regulation effect model The results show that human resources can significantly promote the development of urbanization through technological innovation,labor productivity and industrial structure upgrading,social fixed assets investment can promote the high-quality development of urbanization through influencing human capital,and financial support needs to grasp the appropriate strength.
