摘　　要：针对常规安全生产中检查走过场、责任不落实、检查内容不齐全、隐患发现不及时等弊端,率先提出“五级”检查表的概念。介绍了“五级”检查表在安全生产管理中的探索与创新过程、优势、建立原则及注意事项,并提出了巩固提升计划,供参考借鉴。In view of the shortcomings of routine safety production,such as inspection being negligent,the responsibility being not implemented,the incomplete inspection contents,and the hidden danger being not found in time,the concept of"five level"checklist is first put forward.This paper introduces the exploration and innovation process,advantages,establishment principles and precautions of"five level"checklist in safety production management,and puts forward the consolidation and improvement plan for reference.
