摘　　要：目的分析某部队医院就诊的现役官兵健康保健知识掌握情况及主要影响因素。方法采取简单随机抽样法,从海军军医大学第一附属医院就诊的1 000名现役官兵中随机抽取400名作为研究对象,并利用医院的互联网就诊平台,自编问卷开展问卷调查。采用描述性统计学方法、卡方检验和Logistic模型进行统计学分析。结果最终收回有效问卷362份,问卷回收有效率为90.50%。官兵健康保健知识总合格率为20.17%,健康基本知识得分合格率为89.50%,健康技能知识得分合格率为76.52%,慢性病防治相关知识得分率为1.10%。学历和人员类别是掌握健康知识的相关因素。结论现役官兵健康知识储备有限,特别是慢性病防治相关知识掌握较差。军队卫生保健机构和医护人员要重点关注战士群体,对部队官兵开展适宜性的健康教育。Objective To analyze the mastery of health care knowledge among the military personnel of a certain unit and related influential factors.Methods Simple random sampling method was used to recruit 400 subjects from the 1000 military personnel who sought medical care in Changhai Hospital of the Naval Medical University.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted by using the Internet medical platform of the hospital.Finally,descriptive statistical methods,chi-square test and Logistic model were applied for statistical analysis.Results Three hundred and sixty-two valid questionnaire forms were finally recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 90.50%.The total qualified rates of health care knowledge,basic health knowledge,knowledge of health skills and knowledge about the prevention of chronic diseases were 20.17%,89.50%,76.52%and 1.10%respectively.Educational background and personnel category were relevant influential factors to the command of health knowledge.Conclusion The health knowledge reserve of military personnel is limited,and it is especially the case for their knowledge concerning the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.Therefore,military health care institutions and medical personnel should devote their main efforts to the enlisted and deliver appropriate health education among the military personnel.
