摘　　要：招投标过程中投标策略运用是否得当,决定投标人能否在竞争中处于优势地位。文章以实际完成的几个大型港口工程投标为例,结合国内外成形的投标报价策略的相关理论,研究了如何运用科学合理的投标报价策略,提高港口施工企业参与建设工程投标的中标率,对提高项目收益率具有重要的作用。Whether the bidding strategy is properly used in the bidding process determines whether the bidder can be in an advantageous position in the competition.Taking the bidding of several large port projects as an example,combined with the relevant theories of bidding strategy formed at home and abroad,this paper studies how to use scientific and reasonable bidding strategy to improve the bid winning rate of port construction enterprises participating in construction project bidding,which plays an important role in improving the project yield.
