摘　　要：市政污泥是城镇污水处理厂的主要副产物,对市政污泥处置是污水处理工程中重要一环,为有效处置和综合利用污泥,对现有市政污泥处置方式中卫生填埋、堆肥利用、建材利用、干化焚烧四种处置方式优劣对比分析,提出污泥无害化处置的趋势是对污泥彻底干化和焚烧,可将污泥中的有机物、有毒有害物彻底分解,同时实现污泥中重金属离子的高温烧结固化,对污泥处置具有减容、减量、无害化的特征,且燃烧后的残渣可进行建材综合利用,燃烧烟气经过活性炭吸附、布袋除尘、臭氧氧化、三级喷淋和除雾“脱白”处置后满足达标排放要求,同时对市政污泥干化和焚烧主流工艺进行分析对比,期望能够对新建污泥处置厂提供参考。Municipal sludge is the main by-product of urban sewage treatment plants.The disposal of municipal sludge is an important part of the sewage treatment project.For effective disposal and comprehensive utilization of sludge,a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the four disposal methods are:sanitary landfill,composting,building materials utilization and drying incinerationare analysised,it is proposed that the trend of harmless sludge disposal is to thoroughly dry and inciner the sludge,which can completely decompose the organic matter and toxic and harmful substances in the sludge.At the same time,the high-temperature sintering and solidification of heavy metal ions in the sludge is realized,which has the characteristics of volume reduction,volume reduction and harmlessness for sludge disposal.The residue after combustion can be used for comprehensive utilization of building materials.,Ozonation,three-stage spraying and defogging ude-whiteningv disposal meet the discharge requirements.At the same time,the mainstream municipal sludge drying and incineration processes are analyzed and compared,hoping to provide a reference for the new sludge disposal plant.
