祖卡木颗粒联合阿比多尔治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究祖卡木颗粒联合阿比多尔治疗儿童急性上呼吸道感染的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2019年11月—2020年11月我院治疗的急性上呼吸道感染患儿160例,按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组患儿给予盐酸阿比多尔片治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上服用祖卡木颗粒,观察并比较两组患儿在治疗前后的临床症状体征的改善情况,评价临床治疗效果以及疾病缓解时间、不良反应情况等。结果:观察组患儿总体治疗有效率明显高于对照组患儿(P<0.05);观察组患儿典型症状恢复时间显著快于对照组患儿(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对急性上呼吸道感染患儿行祖卡木颗粒联合阿比多尔治疗,治疗效果好,无不良反应,值得推广。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Zucamu granule combined with Abidor in treating acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:160 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,80 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with Abidor Hydrochloride tablets,and the children in the observation group were treated with Zukamu granule on the basis of the control group.Results:the overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the recovery time of typical symptoms in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zukamu granule combined with Abidor in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection has good therapeutic effect and no adverse reactions,so it is worth popularizing.
