中医术式藏线缝合法治疗低位肛瘘的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:中医术式探讨藏线缝合法治疗低位肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:120例低位肛瘘患者(抽取于我院2018年1月至2019年6月间,经诊断确诊为低位肛瘘)为对象,随机并按照患者意愿分为3组,其中观察组(藏线缝合法组)40例,对照组1(切开术组)40例,对照组2(切除术组)40例,对比3组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:住院时间组间对比无显著性差异(P>0.05),相比对照组1、对照组2,观察组创面愈合时间更短,有差异性(P<0.05);甲级愈合率和复发率对比,观察组明显高于对照组,统计学差异性显著(P<0.05)。其中甲级愈合率对照组1优于对照组2,复发率对照组1略小于对照组2,无差异性(P>0.05);观察组、对照组1、对照组2并发症发生率分别为5%、2.5%、2.5%,组间对比无统计学差异性(P>0.05)。结论:藏线缝合法治疗低位肛瘘,创面愈合时间短、复发率低、治愈率高,可以在临床中广泛推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tibetan thread suture in the treatment of low anal fistula.Methods:83 patients with low anal fistula(selected from our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019,diagnosed as low anal fistula)were randomly divided into three groups according to the wishes of patients,including 20 cases in the observation group(suture group),31 cases in the control group 1(incision group)and 32 cases in the control group 2(resection group).The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05),but the wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group 1 and 2(P<0.05);the grade a healing rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first-class healing rate of the control group 1 was better than that of the control group 2,and the recurrence rate of the control group 1 was slightly lower than that of the control group 2,with no difference(P>0.05);the complication rates of the observation group,the control group 1 and the control group 2 were 5%,2.5%and 2.5%,respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:It has the advantages of short wound healing time,low recurrence rate and high cure rate.
