“六子汤”贴敷剂治疗肾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对名医验方“六子汤”进行新剂型研发,并观察新型贴敷剂治疗肾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年7月至2020年12月在我院生殖科门诊就诊的肾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全患者50例,对照组仅辨证服用中药,治疗组除内服中药以外,加用“六子汤”贴敷剂治疗三个月,两组进行结果比较。结果:治疗组患者显效率、FSH水平均得到了较大改善,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“六子汤”贴敷剂治疗肾虚型早发性卵巢功能不全患者效果显著,且运用方便,值得开发推广。Objective:To research and develop a new dosage form of Liuzi Decoction,a famous medical prescription,and observe the clinical efficacy of the new applicator in the treatment of kidney deficiency type of early-onset ovarian insufficiency.Methods:Selected 50 patients with kidney deficiency type of early-onset ovarian insufficiency who were treated in reproductive clinic of our hospital in July 2020 to December 2020.The control group was only treated with Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation,while the treatment group was additionally treated with"Liuzi Tang"application for three months in addition to internal Chinese medicine.The results were compared between the two groups.Results:Significant efficiency and FSH level were improved in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Liuzi Tang"paste has a significant effect on the treatment of kidney deficiency type of early onset ovarian dysfunction,and is convenient to use,worthy of development and promotion.
