改良悬吊式免气腹单孔腹腔镜输卵管结扎术对女性心理及性功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究改良悬吊式免气腹单孔腹腔镜输卵管结扎术对女性心理及性功能的影响。方法:收集2020年3月—2021年1月于我区计划服务中心行腹腔镜输卵管结扎术的女性142例,随机分为两组,观察组与对照组,各71例。观察组采用改良悬吊式免气腹单孔腹腔镜术式,对照组采用气腹两操作孔腹腔镜术式。比对两组心理状态评分、性功能评分、术后并发症发生率。结果:治疗后观察组心理状态HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组性功能指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为7.04%,低于对照组的16.90%(P<0.05)。结论:采用改良悬吊式免气腹单孔腹腔镜输卵管结扎术对女性进行节育,可显著改善女性负性情绪状态,提升性功能指数,规避术后并发症。Objective:To explore the effect of modified suspension gasless single-hole laparoscopic tubal ligation on female psychological and sexual function.Methods:142 female patients who underwent laparoscopic tubal ligation in the planning service center of our district from March 2020 to January 2021 were collected and randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group(71 cases in each group).The observation group was treated with modified suspension pneumoperitoneum single-hole laparoscopic surgery,while the control group was treated with pneumoperitoneum two-hole laparoscopic surgery.The psychological status score,sexual function score and postoperative complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sexual function index of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.04%,which was lower than that in the control group(16.90%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Using modified suspension pneumoperitoneum free single port laparoscopic tubal ligation for female birth control,can significantly improve female negative emotional state,improve sexual function index,and avoid postoperative complications.
