研究白癜风丸联合308nm准分子光治疗进展期局限型白癜风的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究白癜风丸联合308nm准分子光治疗进展期局限型白癜风的临床疗效。方法:选取86例进展期局限型白癜风患者,分为对照组和治疗组,各43例,对照组仅采用308nm准分子光进行治疗,每周1-2次,治疗组在对照组基础上同时口服白癜风丸,治疗12周后进行疗效判定。结果:对照组进展期局限型白癜风患者显效率62.8%,有效率79.1%;治疗组进展期局限型白癜风患者显效率79.1%,有效率95.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者不良反应出现水疱3例,干燥脱屑1例,皮肤灼痛2例,皮肤瘙痒1例,不良反应发生率为16.3%;治疗组患者不良反应出现水疱1例,干燥脱屑1例,不良反应发生率为4.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白癜风丸联合308nm准分子光照射治疗进展期局限型白癜风较单用308nm准分子光治疗疗效更佳,为治疗进展期局限型白癜风比较理想的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of vitiligo pills combined with 308nm excimer light in the treatment of progressive localized vitiligo.Methods:86 patients with advanced localized vitiligo were divided into control group(n=43)and treatment group(n=43).The control group was only treated with 308nm excimer light once or twice a week,and the treatment group was treated with vitiligo pills at the same time on the basis of the control group.The curative effect was evaluated after 12 weeks of treatment.Results:In the control group,the effective rate was 62.8%and the effective rate was 79.1%in the patients with advanced localized vitiligo;the effective rate was 79.1%in the treatment group and the effective rate was 95.3%in the patients with advanced localized vitiligo,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions occurred in 3 cases of blister,1 case of desquamation,2 cases of skin burning pain and 1 case of skin pruritus in the control group,and 1 case of blister and 1 case of desquamation in the treatment group.the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:vitiligo pill combined with 308nm excimer light irradiation is more effective in the treatment of advanced localized vitiligo than 308nm excimer light alone.It is an ideal method for the treatment of advanced localized vitiligo and is worthy of clinical application.
