摘  要:目的:本研究旨在确定中药百部总生物碱含量测定较佳方法,在误差最小的情况下对其含量进行测定。方法:本研究通过对常见的酸碱滴定法、雷氏铵盐比色法和酸性染料比色法进行方法学考察,得出最佳测定方法。结果:酸碱滴定法的重复实验所提取百部总生物碱含量和RSD分别为5.1189mg/g和6.06%,雷氏铵盐比色法和酸性染料比色法则分别为5.2504mg/g、2.08%和9.99mg/g、1.90%。结论:酸碱滴定法和雷氏铵盐比色法所提取的百部总生物碱相差不大,而酸性染料比色法则提取率最高,酸性染料比色法是百部中药材含量测定的较佳方法。Objective:This study was to determine the best method for the determination of total alkaloids in Radix stemonae.Methods:The method of acid-base titration,Reichert's ammonium salt colorimetry and acid dye colorimetry were studied,and the best method was obtained.Results:The content and RSD of total alkaloid extracted from Radix stemonae were 5.1189 mg/g and 6.06%respectively by acid-base titration,5.2504 mg/g,2.08%and 9.99 mg/g,1.90%respectively by reichert's ammonium salt colorimetry and acid dye colorimetry.Conclusion:The extraction rate of total alkaloids from Stemona Chinensis by acid-base titration was similar to that by Raynard's ammonium salt colorimetry,but that by acid dye colorimetry was the highest.
