水线光缆生产中异常问题的探讨

摘　　要：本文通过对水线光缆生产过程中遇到的一些问题进行探讨,针对问题点进行分析并调整实际生产中的工艺参数,使水线光缆钢丝铠装、外护套生产时控制在稳定的工艺设定范围,确保产品外观、质量满足客户及标准的要求。In this paper,some problems encountered in the production process of waterline optical cable are discussed.According to the problems,the process parameters in actual production are analyzed and adjusted,so that the production of steel wire armored and outer sheath of waterline cable can be controlled within the stable process setting range,and the appearance and quality of products can meet the requirements of customers and standards.
