高致病性猪蓝耳病与猪圆环病毒2型混合感染的诊断

摘　　要：2020年11月湖南省常德市某规模化猪场暴发了一场以仔猪呼吸困难、消瘦、皮肤发绀,并有大量死亡为特征的传染病。根据送检4头仔猪的剖检变化和实验室荧光定量PCR检测,最终确诊为高致病性猪蓝耳病、猪圆环病毒2型混合感染。经过治疗并采取严格的预防免疫措施,该猪场的发病率得到有效控制。In November 2020,a large-scale pig farm in Changde City,Hunan Province broke out an infectious disease characterized by breathing difficulties,weight loss,cyanosis,and a large number of deaths in piglets.According to the changes in the necropsy of the four piglets submitted for inspection and the fluorescent quantitative PCR test in the laboratory,the final diagnosis was a mixed infection of highly pathogenic porcine blue ear disease and porcine circovirus type 2 disease.After treatment and strict preventive immunization measures,the incidence of this pig farm has been effectively controlled.
