摘 要:药物递送系统在肿瘤治疗中具有广阔的应用前景,但作为外源物质,易被机体免疫系统所识别与清除,临床应用受到限制。近年来,受自然界生物系统启发,随着仿生技术发展,天然膜仿生递药系统成为研究热点。天然膜仿生药物递送系统主要是利用机体内源性细胞膜对功能性纳米药物载体进行修饰,有效地将细胞膜的天然属性与纳米载体的优势相结合,具有免疫原性低、血液循环时间长的特点。本文将根据天然膜的来源不同,对仿生药物递送系统在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展并对其未来的发展进行综述。Nanomedicine holds promising potential in the tumor therapeutic field,although the characteristics of nanomaterials that are easily recognized and eliminated by the immune system considerably limit clinical applications.Inspired by natural biological systems,biomimetic drug delivery systems have attracted growing attention in recent years.Biomimetic nanoparticles assembled by natural biomaterials such as cell membranes and various synthetic nanoparticles might be promising therapeutic tools for anti-tumor drug delivery.In line with cell membrane properties,biomimetic nanoparticles display prolonged circulation and good biocompatibility.According to the different sources of natural membranes,this study reviews the research progress in biomimetic drug delivery systems in tumor treatment and the prospects for its future development.
