摘  要:水力加压器的扭矩传递机构主要有四方扭矩传递机构、六方扭矩传递机构、八方扭矩传递机构和花键扭矩传递机构,钻井过程中扭矩传递机构要承受大扭矩。因此,对水力加压器扭矩传递机构的力学仿真研究具有重要意义。通过对石油钻井工具水力加压器传统的扭矩传递机构进行力学仿真研究,得知八方扭矩传递机构和花键扭矩传递机构的活塞轴刚度相近且最大,传递相同的扭矩时花键扭矩传递机构产生的摩擦力最小,确定花键扭矩传递机构为最佳选择。The torque transmission mechanism of hydraulic pressurizer mainly includes square torque transmission mechanism,hexagonal torque transmission mechanism,octagonal torque transmission mechanism and spline torque transmission mechanism.The torque transmission mechanism must bear large torque during drilling.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the mechanical simulation of torque transmission mechanism of hydraulic booster.Through the mechanical theory analysis and finite element simulation research on the traditional torque transmission mechanism of oil drilling tool hydraulic pressurizer,it is found that the piston shaft stiffness of octagonal torque transmission mechanism and spline torque transmission mechanism is similar and the maximum,and the friction generated by spline torque transmission mechanism is the minimum when the same torque is transmitted,so the spline torque transmission mechanism is the best choice.
