摘　　要：目的探讨老年尿毒症患者钙磷代谢异常进行高通量血液透析治疗的效果。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月大连市中心医院收治的78例老年尿毒症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成试验组和对照组,每组39例。试验组采取高通量血液透析治疗,对照组采取常规血液透析治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、钙磷代谢指标、炎症因子以及并发症发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗6个月后的甲状旁腺素、血磷、血肌酐水平低于对照组,血钙水高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组6个月后的白介素-6和C-反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年尿毒症钙磷代谢异常患者采取高通量血液透析治疗效果确切,不仅能显著改善病症,还能减少并发症,在临床中值得进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of high permeable dialysis in elderly patients with uremia with abnormal calcium and phosphorus metabolism.Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with uremia admitted to Dalian Central Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with high permeable dialysis,and the control group was treated with conventional hemodialysis.The treatment effect,calcium and phosphorus metabolism indexes,inflammatory factors and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of parathyroid hormone,blood phosphorus,and blood creatinine of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the blood calcium level was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the experimental group after 6 months were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high permeable dialysis treatment in elderly patients with uremia with abnormal calcium and phosphorus metabolism can not only significantly improve the symptoms,but also reduce complications.It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
