摘　　要：The variational-cumulant expansion method is applied to the 2-and 3-dimensional Ising model on the simple quadratic and cubic lattice.The model is evaluated to the seventh order.The critical temperature is given,and curves of the internal energy and specific heat are displayed for 3-dimensional case.
