摘 要:通过向A356铝合金中添加不同比例的Al-10Fe、Al-10Mn中间合金,制备了不同铁含量和锰铁质量比的再生铝合金,研究了铁和锰元素对合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着铁的质量分数从0.2%增加至2.0%,富铁相尺寸增大,形貌从骨骼状转变为针状,合金的抗拉强度下降;当铁的质量分数为1.0%、锰铁质量比小于1时,随着锰铁质量比的增加,合金的抗拉强度增加,但当锰铁质量比为1.0~1.2时,块状AlSiFeMn相尺寸的急剧增大导致力学性能降低;锰元素的加入抑制了β-Fe相的析出。By adding different proportions of Al-10Fe and Al-10Mn master alloys to A356 aluminum alloy,recycled aluminum alloys with different iron contents and mass ratio of manganese to iron were prepared to study the effects of manganese and iron on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy.The results showed that(a)when the mass fraction of iron increased from 0.2%to 2.0%,the size of iron-rich phase increased,and its morphology changed from skeleton-like into needle-like,causing a decrease in tensile strength of the alloy;(b)when the mass fraction of iron was 1.0% and the mass ratio of manganese to iron was less than 1.0,the tensile strength of the alloy increased with the increase of the mass ratio of manganese to iron,however,when the mass ratio of manganese to iron ranged from 1.0 to 1.2,the size of bulk AlSiFeMn phase increased rapidly,which led to the decrease in mechanical properties;(c)the addition of manganese inhibited the precipitation of β-Fe phase.
