摘　　要：通过分析涂饰化工材料的性能,选用对环境友好的水性化料,设计相应的涂饰工艺,进行对比试验、优化组合及集成,研发出采用含油蜡的特殊混合物以及适当的补伤发泡作预底涂,达成改善皮性肉感、遮盖伤残、提升皮革成品利用率与品质的绿色涂饰技术。The properties of chemical coating materials were analyzed,selection of environmentally friendly water-based chemicals.Thendesign a corresponding coating process,carry out comparative test,optimize combination and integration.Agreen finishingtechnology for improving utilization ratio and quality of leatherhave been developedthat use aspecial mixture containing oil-wax and a suitable patching and foaming as a pre-bottom coating,to improve the sensuality of the skin,cover up the disability.
