摘 要:针对90米长的大型风电叶片灌注不充分问题,建立了风电叶片迎风面壳体立体模型,完成有限元网格划分;将有限元壳体模型导入仿真软件中,利用仿真模拟软件,来模拟计算真空灌注成型(VARTM)工艺过程时叶片壳体中树脂流动充模的现象,设计四种流道灌注方式,得到最终的填充叶片模型的充模情况和时间云图。结果显示:在叶片处设置鱼骨形流道,在叶根处设置两条平行流道,树脂充模时间最少,填充效果最好。To solve the problem of insufficient perfusion of large-scale wind turbine blades with a length of 90 meters,a three-dimensional model of the windward side shell of the wind turbine blade was established to complete the finite element mesh division;the finite element shell model was imported into the simulation software,and the simulation software was used to simulate the calculation of resin flow and mold filling in the blade shell during the process of vacuum assisted resin transfer molding(VARTM).Four flow channels are designed to obtain the final filling model and time cloud diagram.The results show that setting a fishbone-shaped flow channel at the blade and two parallel flow channels are set at the root of the blade have the least time for resin filling and the best filling effect.
