摘　　要：以郑州市利用外商直接投资作为研究对象,深入分析郑州市利用外商直接投资经济效应的作用机理,系统研究利用外商直接投资的资本形成、经济增长、对外贸易效应,有针对性提出提升利用外商投资促进地方经济发展的合理对策。This paper takes Zhengzhou foreign direct investment as the research object,deeply analyzes the mechanism of foreign direct investment,systematically studies the capital formation,economic growth and foreign trade effect of using foreign direct investment,and finally puts forward some reasonable countermeasures of promoting the local economic development by using foreign direct investment.
