摘  要:生物信息学是一门新兴学科,在生命科学研究中以计算机为工具对生物信息进行储存、检索和分析的学科,是21世纪的自然科学核心领域。生物信息学研究的基本单位是基因,它承载着生命基本结构和信息,功能纷繁复杂,导致科研人员研究目标基因时,因其别名众多、功能表型复杂、相关疾病及通路难以寻找使研究受阻,基于此本文详细介绍包含基因组、蛋白质组、转录组、遗传和功能的综合数据库GeneCards,旨在帮助临床研究人员通过数据库归纳总结的目标基因关键信息,获得其与临床疾病表型之间的关系,从基因互作蛋白分子、信号通路、临床意义等角度解读目标基因,揭开基因序列中表达的结构功能背后隐藏的生物信息,从而为目标基因导致的相关疾病及各种表型中寻找研究其发生机制提供便利。Bioinformatics is an emerging discipline.In the research of life sciences,computers are used as tools to store,retrieve and analyze biological information.It is the core field of natural science in the 21st century.The basic unit of bioinformatics research is gene,which carries the basic structure and information of life,and its functions are complicated.As a result,when researchers study target genes,they are difficult to find due to their numerous aliases,complex functional phenotypes,and related diseases and pathways.Blocked,based on this,this article introduces GeneCards,a comprehensive database containing genome,proteome,transcriptome,heredity,and function in detail.It aims to help clinical researchers summarize the key information of target genes through the database and obtain the relationship between it and the clinical disease phenotype Interpretation of target genes from the perspectives of gene interaction protein molecules,signal pathways,and clinical significance,and reveal the hidden biological information behind the structural functions expressed in gene sequences,so as to find related diseases and various phenotypes caused by target genes Study its occurrence mechanism to provide convenience.
