摘 要:目的探讨中老年人群肥胖与静息心率(RHR)的相关性。方法提取“REACTION”研究兰州市基线资料,按照纳入排除标准选取6215例社区居民为研究对象,根据RHR五分位数将其分为Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4、Q5共5组。采用偏相关分析探讨体质指数(BMI)与RHR的相关性,采用二元Logistic回归分析探讨不同RHR组人群发生肥胖的风险。结果偏相关分析结果显示,调整多种混杂因素,总人群、性别的BMI水平与RHR水平均无相关性(r=-0.015,-0.093,-0.001,P均>0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,调整多种混杂因素,以Q1组(RHR<69次/min)为参照,RHR在总人群和女性人群Q5组(RHR≥87次/min)与肥胖患病风险呈正相关,OR值分别为1.053(95%CI:0.790~1.404,P=0.043)和1.227(95%CI:0.891~1.691,P=0.011)。结论在中老年总人群和女性人群中,RHR与肥胖患病风险呈正相关,罹患肥胖增加RHR,提倡在筛查人群肥胖时应同时开展心率监测。Objective To discuss the correlation between obesity and resting heart rate(RHR)in middle-aged and elderly population.Methods The baseline data was extracted from Risk Evaluation of Cancers In Chinese Diabetic Individuals:A longitudinal Study(REACTION)in Lanzhou City,and 6215 residents were selected as study objects based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,and then divided into group Q1,group Q2,group Q3,group Q4 and group Q5 according to RHR quintile.The correlation between body mass index(BMI)and RHR was studied by using partial correlation analysis.The risk of obesity was analyzed by using binary Logistic regression analysis in all groups.Results The results of partial correlation analysis showed that,after adjusted confounding factors,BMI and RHR had no correlation in the total population(r=-0.015),male population(r=-0.093)and female population(r=-0.001,all P>0.05).The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that,after adjusted confounding factors and taken group Q1 as control group(RHR<69),RHR was positively correlated to obesity risk in group Q5(RHR≥87)of the total population(OR=1.053,95%CI:0.790~1.404,P=0.043)and group Q5 of female population(OR=1.227,95%CI:0.891~1.691,P=0.011).Conclusion RHR is positively correlated to obesity risk in middleaged and elderly population and female population.RHR increases in obesity population,so heart rate should be monitored when screening obesity.
