摘 要:目的:探讨麻醉气体浓度和脑电双频指数监测在对腹腔镜手术患者实施静吸复合全身麻醉中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年5月期间在江苏省淮安市淮阴医院接受腹腔镜手术的患者77例,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组(45例)和对照组(32例)。在手术期间,对两组患者均进行静吸复合全身麻醉。在对观察组患者进行麻醉期间,对其进行麻醉气体浓度和脑电双频指数监测,并根据监测结果为其调节七氟醚的吸入浓度及舒芬太尼、丙泊酚的用量。然后比较两组患者七氟醚的吸入浓度、术后清醒的时间、术后拔管的时间、术后在复苏室停留的时间及舒芬太尼、丙泊酚的用量。结果:1)观察组患者七氟醚的吸入浓度低于对照组患者,P<0.05。2)观察组患者术后清醒的时间、术后拔管的时间、术后在复苏室停留的时间均短于对照组患者,P<0.05。3)观察组患者舒芬太尼和丙泊酚的用量均少于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:麻醉气体浓度和脑电双频指数监测在对腹腔镜手术患者实施静吸复合全身麻醉中的应用效果较为理想。Objective:To explore the effect of monitoring the concentration of anesthetic gas and EEG dual-frequency index in the application of inhalation combined with general anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.METHODS:Seventy-seven patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Huaiyin Hospital of Huai‘an City,Jiangsu Province from April 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(32 cases)by random number table method.During surgery,patients in both groups were treated with inhalation combined with general anesthesia.During anesthesia in observation group,anesthesia gas concentration and EEG dual-frequency index were monitored,and the inhalation concentration of sevoflurane and the dosage of sufentanil and propofol were adjusted according to the monitoring results.Then,the inhalation concentration of sevoflurane,postoperative waking time,postoperative extubation time,postoperative stay in the resuscitation room,and the dosage of sufentanil and propofol were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:1)The inhalation concentration of sevoflurane in observation group was lower than that in control group,P<0.05.2)The postoperative waking time,postoperative extubation time and postoperative stay time in the resuscitation room of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).3)The dosage of sufentanil and propofol in observation group was lower than that in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of monitoring the concentration of anesthetic gas and the EEG bi-frequency index is ideal in the application of inhalation combined with general anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
