摘　　要：目的:探讨布托啡诺在减轻无痛人工流产手术后宫缩痛中的应用价值。方法:将2019年11月至2019年12月期间在贵州中医药大学第一附属医院进行无痛人工流产手术的120例患者作为本次研究的对象。采用随机数表法将这些患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各有60例患者。在对两组患者进行无痛人工流产手术前,均为其使用瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚、依托咪酯脂肪乳进行麻醉。在此基础上,为观察组患者使用布托啡诺进行镇痛。然后比较两组患者麻醉苏醒的时间、在麻醉苏醒后的不同时间视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分及麻醉不良反应的发生率。结果:两组患者麻醉苏醒的时间、在麻醉苏醒后的15 min时VAS的评分相比,P>0.05。在麻醉苏醒后的30 min时,观察组患者VAS的评分低于对照组患者,P<0.05。两组患者麻醉不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:为进行无痛人工流产手术的患者使用布托啡诺进行镇痛,可有效地减轻其手术后的宫缩痛,且用药的安全性较高。Objective:To explore the application value of butorphanol in relieving pain of contractions after painless induced abortion.Methods:120 patients who underwent painless induced abortion in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 patients in each group.Before painless induced abortion,remifentanil,propofol and etomidate fat milk were used for anesthesia in both groups.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with butorphanol for analgesia.Then the two groups were compared in terms of the time of recovery from anesthesia,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at different times after recovery from anesthesia and the incidence of adverse reactions to anesthesia.Results:The time of anesthesia recovery and VAS score at 15 min after anesthesia recovery in 2 groups were compared,P>0.05.At 30 min after recovery from anesthesia,the VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions to anesthesia in 2 groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Using butorphanol for analgesia in patients undergoing painless induced abortion can effectively reduce the pain of contractions after the operation,and the safety of the drug is high.
