一次性病灶清除术联合药物疗法治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:分析用一次性病灶清除术联合药物疗法对子宫内膜异位症患者进行治疗的效果。方法:将2018年7月至2019年6月期间南通市通州区第三人民医院收治的112例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象。将这112例患者根据自愿原则分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=60)。对两组患者均进行一次性病灶清除术,并在术前及术后对观察组患者进行药物治疗。然后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、平均住院费用、康复周期、各项炎症指标、血清癌抗原125(CA125)的水平、血清糖链抗原199(CA199)的水平及简明36项健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)的评分。结果:在对照组患者中,病情复发的患者有3例;观察组患者的病情均未复发。与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的平均住院费用更少,其康复周期更短,其血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、CA125和CA199的水平均更低,其SF-36的评分更高,P<0.05。结论:用一次性病灶清除术联合药物疗法对子宫内膜异位症患者进行治疗可有效地减轻其机体的炎症反应,提高其生活质量。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of one-time lesion removal combined with drug therapy in the treatment of endometriosis.METHODS:From July 2018 to June 2019,112 patients with endometriosis were enrolled in the Third People’s Hospital of Tongzhou District,Nantong City.The 112 patients were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=60)according to voluntary principle.Patients in both groups were treated with one-time lesion removal,and the observation group was treated with drugs before and after surgery.Then,clinical efficacy,average hospitalization cost,recovery period,various inflammatory indicators,serum oncoantigen 125(CA125)level,serum glycochain antigen 199(CA199)level and 36-item health status questionnaire(SF-36)score were compared between 2 groups.Results:In the control group,there were 3 cases of relapse.There was no recurrence in the observation group.Compared with the control group,the observation group had less average hospitalization cost,shorter recovery period,lower serum IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,CA125 and CA199 levels,and higher SF-36 score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of endometriosis patients with one-time lesion removal combined with drug therapy can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of the body and improve the quality of life.
