品管圈活动对降低门诊药房处方调剂内差错率的效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价品管圈活动(QCC)在降低门诊药房处方调配内部差错率中的应用价值。方法2020年1—7月在某院门诊药房开展品管圈活动。收集某院2019年10—12月间门诊药房49152张处方作为对照组,2020年8—10月间实施品管圈活动后门诊药房42346张处方作为研究组,比较分析两组样本的处方调配内部差错率。结果实施品管圈活动后表明,门诊药房处方调配差错率明显降低,由改善前的0.293%降至0.120%,目标达标率106.79%,进步率59.04%。结论在门诊药房开展品管圈活动,能显著降低处方调配内部差错率,提高调剂人员基本素质和业务水平,值得应用与推广。Objective To evaluate the application value of quality control circle activities(QCC)in reducing the internal error rate of prescriptions in outpatient pharmacies.Methods From January to July 2020,a quality control circle activity was carried out in an outpatient pharmacy of a hospital.Collected 49152 prescriptions from the outpatient pharmacy of a hospital from October to December 2019 as the control group,and 42346 prescriptions from the outpatient pharmacy after the implementation of the quality control circle activity from August to October 2020 as the research group.Compare and analyze the internal prescriptions of the two samples of error rate.Results After the implementation of the quality control circle activity,it was shown that the prescription allocation error rate of outpatient pharmacies was significantly reduced,from 0.293%before the improvement to 0.120%,the target compliance rate was 106.79%,and the progress rate was 59.04%.Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activities in outpatient pharmacies can significantly reduce the internal error rate of prescription allocation and improve the basic quality and professional level of the dispensing personnel,which is worthy of application and promotion.
