摘　　要：目的探讨以问题为导向的管理方法在产科安全管理关键环节中运用的效果。方法基于产科病区预防接种这一关键环节的重要性,采用以问题为导向的管理方法加强全过程管理。将2018年2—5月分娩的正常足月新生儿611名作为研究对象,分成对照组和观察组,观察组采用以问题为导向的管理方法,通过发现问题、归纳及解决重点问题,两个月后对预防接种室细菌检测合格率、卡介苗卡痕阳性率、接种信息登记完整率、医疗废物处置合格率等方面进行评价。结果在产科预防接种这一特殊环节,针对问题进行全方位、全流程改进,细菌监测合格率、卡痕阳性率、接种信息登记完好率,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。医疗废物处理规范性达到100.00%。结论以问题为导向的管理方法适用于产科安全管理,确保了新生儿预防接种的效果和安全。Objective To explore the effect of problem-oriented management methods in key aspects of obstetric safety management.Methods Based on the importance of the key link of vaccination in obstetric wards,a problem-oriented management method was adopted to strengthen the whole process management.611 normal full-term newborns who were delivered from February to May 2018 were taken as the research objects,divided into a control group and an observation group.The observation group adopted a problem-oriented management method to find problems,summarize and solve key problems,after two months,evaluate the qualified rate of bacterial detection in the vaccination room,the positive rate of BCG vaccination,the complete rate of vaccination information registration,and the qualified rate of medical waste disposal.Results In the special link of obstetric vaccination,comprehensive and whole-process improvements were made to address the problems.The qualified rate of bacterial monitoring,the positive rate of stuck marks,and the complete rate of vaccination information registration were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The standardization of medical waste treatment reached 100.00%.Conclusion The problem-oriented management method is suitable for obstetric safety management,ensuring the effectiveness and safety of neonatal vaccination.
