摘  要:在国家大力倡导和推进公立医院管理规范化、精细化、科学化的大背景下,近年来诸多医院探索对职能部门新员工进行轮岗培养,以期较为快速、高效地培养一支符合医院管理特点的专业型管理人才队伍。目前,职工轮岗培养工作尚处于改革尝试初期,职工轮岗培养方案尚需丰富、完善。该研究尝试使用SWOT分析法对医院职能部门轮岗培养新员工的岗位选择进行分析,并提出岗位选择的行动策略,供轮岗培养新员工选择岗位参考。Under the background that the country vigorously advocates and promotes the standardization,refinement and scientific management of public hospitals,in recent years,many hospitals have explored the rotation training of new employees in functional departments,in order to train a team of professional management talents with management characteristics that meets the requirements of hospitals more quickly and efficiently.At present,the work of staff rotation training is still in the early stage of reform attempts,and the staff rotation training program still needs to be enriched and perfected.This study tried to use the SWOT analysis method to analyze the job selection of new employees in the hospital's functional departments,and proposed action strategies for job selection for reference for job rotation training new employees.
