摘　　要：该文介绍目前医院办公室工作的具体内容和工作特征,说明医院办公室是医院核心业务、公共医疗服务的影响并以此证明医院办公室管理质量发展价值,在此基础上对医院办公室行政、管理、服务3类工作的问题及产生的负面影响进行分析,并以此说明医院办公室工作优化创新的必要性,最后需要从实际工作出发对存在的问题深入分析,从医院办公室工作制度与流程的规范化建设、目标导向考核制度建设、服务监督机制3个方面提出优化建议,以期为医院办公室工作效率和质量改进提供思路,从而采取行之有效的措施。This article introduces the specific content and work characteristics of the current hospital office work.It explains that the hospital office is the core business of the hospital and the impact of public medical services.It proves the development value of the quality of the hospital office management.On this basis,analyze the problems and negative impacts of the three types of work in the hospital office’s administration,management,and service,and use this to illustrate the necessity of optimization and innovation of the hospital’s office work.Finally,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the existing problems from the actual work.From three aspects of standardized construction of hospital office work system and process,goal-oriented evaluation system construction,and service supervision mechanism,optimization suggestions are put forward,in order to provide ideas for the improvement of hospital office work efficiency and quality,so as to take effective measures.
