分析病原微生物实验室管理存在的问题与解决策略

摘　　要：该文就病原微生物实验室管理中常见的问题进行分析,包括缺乏安全观念,安全管理措施落实不到位;缺乏完善的管理制度以及完善的硬件配套设施;不少实验室没有备案等问题。在此基础上提出了6点建议:①完善并落实生物安全责任制与监管机制;②科学设计实验室布局,完善实验室硬件设施;③对实验室生物风险进行定期评估;④注重实验室生物安全管理;⑤加强对实验室人员的管理与教育;⑥加强备案管理,以期进一步提高病原微生物实验室管理的有效性。This article analyzes the common problems in the management of pathogenic microbiology laboratories,including the lack of safety concepts and the inadequate implementation of safety management measures;the lack of a complete management system and complete hardware supporting facilities;many laboratories have not filed for records.On this basis,six suggestions are put forward:1.improve and implement the biosafety responsibility system and supervision mechanism;2.scientifically design the layout of the laboratory and improve the laboratory hardware facilities;3.conduct periodic assessments of laboratory biological risks;4.pay attention to laboratory biosafety management;5.strengthen the management and education of laboratory personnel;6.strengthen the record management,with a view to further improving the effectiveness of pathogenic microorganism laboratory management.
