摘　　要：目的对电子信息系统动态管理在术前物品管理中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取2019年3—9月间的419次手术作为研究对象,以准备术前物品的方式分为对照组(200次手术)与研究组(219次手术),对照组采用常规法准备术前物品,研究组采用电子信息系统动态管理法准备术前物品,对比两组术前物品准备准确率、医疗耗材损失率等指标。结果①研究组术前物品准备准确率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术前物品准备时间及手术室巡回护士往返添置术中无菌物品次数比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②研究组医疗耗材损失及耗材漏收发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③研究组医生满意度及护士满意度评分对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子信息系统动态管理的应用有效提高了术前物品准备率、工作质量,更大限度节省人力,节约耗材。Objective To analyze the application effect of electronic information system dynamic management in preoperative item management.Methods From March to September 2019,419 operations were taken as the research object,and the preoperative items were prepared into the control group(200 operations)and the study group(219 operations).The control group used conventional methods to prepare preoperative items.The study group used electronic information system dynamic management method to prepare preoperative items,and the two groups were compared with indicators such as the accuracy rate of preoperative item preparation and the loss rate of medical consumables.Results 1.The preoperative article preparation accuracy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group’s preoperative article preparation time and the number of round trips to the operating room to buy sterile articles were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The incidence of loss of medical consumables and missed consumables in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The scores of doctors'satisfaction in the study group and nurses in the control group were high,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dynamic management of electronic information system can effectively improve the preparation rate of preoperative items,work quality,and save manpower and consumables to the greatest extent.
