摘　　要：张家港市地处长江三角地区,是经济发达沿江、沿海交汇的工业化城市。近些年随着经济社会发展水平的持续提升,人民生活水平的不断提高及人口老龄化进程的加快,使得慢性病的患病趋势逐渐加重,对国民生活质量及健康造成了不利影响,慢性病疾病负担较重,这为慢性病防治工作提出了新问题、新挑战。该文在调研的基础上,对张家港市慢性病防治工作的现状进行了分析,并对工作中存在的问题进行了剖析,并针对问题提出了张家港市慢性病防治工作的对策和建议。Zhangjiagang City is located in the Yangtze River Delta and is an industrialized city where the economy is developed along the river and the coast meets.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the level of economic and social development,the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the acceleration of the aging process of the population.This has gradually increased the trend of chronic diseases.The quality of life and health of the people has caused adverse effects,and the burden of chronic diseases is heavier.The poses new problems and new challenges for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.Based on the investigation,the article analyzes the current situation of the prevention and control of chronic diseases in Zhangjiagang City,and analyzes the existing problems in the work,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in Zhangjiagang City.
