摘　　要：人事管理工作在公立医院的管理工作中占有重要作用,其管理质量对医院的医疗服务质量有着直接影响,且与医院的可持续发展密切相关。基于此,该文首先介绍了医院人事管理模式的发展历程,主要包括劳动管理阶段、人际关系阶段、组织行为科学阶段、战略人力资源管理阶段4个阶段;之后阐述了公立医院人事管理工作创新的必要性,一方面可以使内部管理效率提高,另一方面还能够使医患关系得到有效改善,并对人事管理理念落后、人事管理水平较低、人事管理制度不完善等公立医院的人事管理现状进行了分析。针对以上问题探讨了公立医院人事管理模式的创新策略,希望能够为以后相关方面的研究工作提供借鉴和参考。Personnel management plays an important role in the management of public hospitals.The quality of management has a direct impact on the quality of medical services in hospitals and is closely related to the sustainable development of hospitals.Based on this,this article first introduces the development process of hospital personnel management mode,which mainly includes four stages:labor management stage,interpersonal relationship stage,organizational behavior science stage,and strategic human resource management stage;then it explains the need for innovation in personnel management in public hospitals.On the one hand,it can improve the efficiency of internal management,and on the other hand,it can effectively improve the doctor-patient relationship,and it can deal with the personnel management of public hospitals such as backward personnel management concepts,low personnel management levels,and imperfect personnel management systems.The status quo was analyzed.In view of the above issues,the innovation strategy of the personnel management mode of public hospitals was discussed,hoping to provide some references for future research work in related areas.
