摘　　要：重大突发公共卫生事件来势凶猛,威胁着人民生命健康,应急服务医务工作者不怕感染,日夜奋战在第一线,面对突发公共卫生事件的冲击必然会引发个体相应的心理应激反应,影响个体身心健康。在此背景下,阅读疗法作为一种辅助心理支持疗法,应该充分发挥其优势,积极投入到心理服务中,促进并激发应急服务医务工作者们心理自愈功能,增进其心理健康和健康行为,恢复心理平衡。该文借鉴阅读疗法的原理和经验,准确把握阅读疗法为应急服务医务工作者提供心理支持的优势,探讨为应急服务医务工作者开展阅读疗法的策略和措施,形成为应急服务医务工作者开展心理健康服务提供心理支持的工作模式,以期为应急服务医务工作者的心理援助工作提供更多的借鉴思路。Major public health emergencies are coming fiercely and threatening people’s lives and health.Emergency service medical workers are not afraid of infection.They are on the front line day and night.Facing the impact of public health emergencies will inevitably trigger individual psychological stress reaction and affect the physical and mental health of the individual.In this context,reading therapy,as an auxiliary psychological support therapy,should give full play to its advantages,actively invest in psychological services,promote and stimulate the psychological self-healing function of emergency service medical workers,and improve their mental health and healthy behaviors,restore mental balance.This article draws on the principles and experience of reading therapy,accurately grasps the advantages of reading therapy to provide psychological support for emergency service medical workers,discusses the strategies and measures for carrying out reading therapy for emergency service medical workers,and forms the development of mental health for emergency service medical workers service,provides psychological support work mode,in order to provide more reference ideas for the psychological assistance work of emergency service medical workers.
