摘 要:目的探究在医院输血科管理中实施持续质量改进的临床价值。方法选取在2019年2月—2020年8月该院进行输血治疗的140例患者,根据随机分组原则分为观察组(持续质量改进)和对照组(常规管理)各70例。对比两组管理满意度、不良事件及管理质量相关指标评分情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组管理满意度(90.00%)较高,而不良事件发生率(5.71%)较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组输血指导、业务水准、沟通水平、风险管理各管理质量相关指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院输血科管理中实施持续质量改进,能够提高患者的管理满意度,减少不良事件的发生,从而促进管理质量水平显著提高,保证患者的输血安全和生命安全。Objective To explore the clinical value of continuous quality improvement in the management of hospital blood transfusion department.Methods A total of 140 patients who underwent blood transfusion in the hospital from February 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(continuous quality improvement)and control group(routine management)of 70 patients according to the principle of randomization.Compared the scores of the two groups of management satisfaction,adverse events and management quality related indicators.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher management satisfaction(90.00%),while the incidence of adverse events(5.71%)was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the observation group had blood transfusion guidance,business standards,communication levels,and risk management scores of various management quality-related indicators were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement in the management of hospital blood transfusion can improve the management satisfaction of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,thereby promoting a significant improvement in management quality and ensuring the safety and life safety of patients'blood transfusion.
