摘　　要：对于具有较高价值类耗材的应用、控制,长时间以来被医学领域十分重视。该研究认为目前医用耗材管理中存在着职能分工不够科学、制度构建无法适用于管理、耗材收费十分混乱、信息化构建较为滞后等问题,并分析提出从完善并健全组织结构与制度构建、把结果作为导向的过程管理改良与优化、增强信息化构建等方面完善医用耗材精细化管理的对策。For the application and control of high-value consumables,the medical field has paid great attention to it for a long time.The study believes that the current medical consumables management has problems such as insufficient scientific division of functions,system construction cannot be applied to management,confusing consumables charges,and lagging informatization construction.It analyzes and proposes to improve the organizational structure and system construction,the results as a oriented process management improvement and optimization,enhanced information construction and other aspects to improve the meticulous management of medical consumables.
