摘  要:目的探究脑氧饱和度(SctO_(2))与心血管患者术后认知功能和负面情绪出现的相关性。方法选择2017年7月~2020年7月我院接受治疗的60例心血管手术患者为研究对象,将术中SctO_(2)均值低于60%的患者设为研究组(n=29),其余设为对照组(n=31),采用围手术期的简易智力状态量表(MMSE)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评分,分析SctO_(2)与MMSE、SAS和SDS评分的相关性。结果研究组术后1、4、8、12 h SctO_(2)值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后1、4、8、12 h SAS评分均高于对照组,SDS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示,SctO_(2)与MMSE评分呈正相关(r=0.8153,P<0.05),与SAS和SDS评分均呈负相关(r=-0.9155、-0.8460,P<0.05)。结论心血管患者术中SctO_(2)水平可作为该类患者术中监测的常规指标,避免低SctO_(2)水平对于预防术后认知功能与负面情绪具有积极意义。Objective To explore the correlation between cerebral oxygen saturation(SctO_(2))and the postoperative cognitive function and negative emotions in cardiovascular patients.Methods 60 patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.Patients with an intraoperative SctO_(2) average of less than 60%were set as the study group(n=29),and the rest were set as the control group(n=31).The perioperative Simple Intelligence State Scale(MMSE),Anxiety Self-Rating Scale(SAS),and Depression Self-Rating Scale(SDS)were used for scoring,and the correlation between SctO_(2) and MMSE,SAS and SDS scores was analyzed.Results The SctO_(2) valuesof the study group were lower than those of the control group at 1,4,8,and 12 h after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The SAS scores of the study group at 1,4,8,and 12 h after surgery were higher than those of the control group,and the SDS scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that SctO_(2) was positively correlated with the cognitive dysfunction score MMSE(r=0.8153,P<0.05).There was a negative correlation with SAS and SDS scores(r=-0.9155,-0.8460,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of SctO_(2) in cardiovascular patients can be used as a routine indicator for intraoperative monitoring of such patients.Avoiding low levels of SctO_(2) is of positive significance for preventing postoperative cognitive function and negative emotions.
