摘  要:选取5个典型玻璃生产企业,分析了不同采样方式、燃料类型PM_(2.5)的排放特征和源成分谱。结果表明:不同采样方式对PM_(2.5)中的化学组分构成影响不大;玻璃行业排放的PM_(2.5)中含量较高的无机元素为Ca,Fe,Na,S,Si等;含量较高的水溶性离子为SO_(4)^(2-),Na^(+),NH4^(+),Ca^(2+)等;含量较高的碳组分为有机碳(OC)。通过构建PM_(2.5)源成分谱,得出玻璃行业排放的PM_(2.5)中含量最高的无机元素为Ca,主要水溶性离子为SO_(4)^(2-)、Na^(+)和Ca^(2+)。该源成分谱为玻璃行业精细化环境管理及大气颗粒物来源解析提供了依据。Five typical glass manufacturers were selected to analyze the emission characteristics and source profile of PM_(2.5) with using different sampling methods and fuel types.The results show that:Sampling methods has a little effect on the chemical composition of PM_(2.5);The main components of inorganic elements in PM_(2.5) of glass industry are Ca,Fe,Na,S,Si;SO_(4)^(2-),Na^(+),NH4^(+),Ca^(2+)are mainly contained in water-soluble ionic components;The highest carbon component is organic carbon(OC).According to the constructed PM_(2.5) source composition profile of glass industry,it is concluded that the inorganic element with highest content is Ca and the main water-soluble ionic components are SO_(4)^(2-),Na^(+)and Ca^(2+).This source profile also provides a basis for refined management of environment and source analysis of atmospheric particulate matter in glass industry.
