摘 要:针对某燃煤锅炉烟气脱硝系统喷氨支管积灰堵塞造成氨气分布不均,导致NO_(x)浓度不能达到超低排放标准及氨逃逸量严重超标的问题,提出了以分区控制式喷氨格栅替代线性控制式喷氨格栅,并以脱硝反应器出气端各分区ρ(NO_(x))=20~45 mg/Nm^(3)为控制目标,调整各分区供氨的方法。经改造后,NO_(x)脱除率提高了6.76%,出口浓度达到超低排放指标,氨逃逸量由大于7.59 mg/Nm^(3)降至1.20 mg/Nm^(3)以下。The ammonia distribution is uneven at the denitrification reactor cross-section due to ash deposition and blockage of ammonia injection branch pipes in flue gas denitrification system of a coal-fired boiler.This results in unqualified NO_(x) concentration to the ultra-low emission standard and serious over-standard ammonia slip quantity.The idea of adjusting ammonia injection amount in each zone of entrance cross-section of denitrification reactor was proposed and carried out as follows:substituting partition ammonia injection grid for linear control ammonia injection grid,and taking 20-45 mg/Nm^(3) ofρ(NO_(x))at each zone of exit cross-section of denitrification reactor as control target.After reform,the NO_(x) removal rate increased by 6.76%,the ultra-low emission standard was met,and the ammonia slip quantity declined from more than 7.59 mg/Nm^(3) to less than 1.20 mg/Nm^(3).
