摘  要:采用“分质分类强化预处理—综合生化—末端处理”工艺处理农药原料药生产废水:高盐废水采用“序批式芬顿氧化—板框压滤—蒸发”工艺进行预处理;高浓废水采用“催化微电解—芬顿氧化—混凝沉淀—催化臭氧氧化”工艺进行预处理;预处理后的出水混合后采用“水解酸化—A/O”及“芬顿氧化—混凝沉淀”工艺进行处理。实际运行结果表明,分质分类预处理工艺可以大幅降低农药原料药废水中有机污染物的浓度和提高可生化性,综合处理和末端处理工艺能够进一步提高处理效率,稳定出水水质,满足园区污水处理厂接管要求。The wastewater from production of pesticide crude drug was used by the process of“strengthening pretreatment by qualitative classification-comprehensive biochemistry-terminal treatment”as follows:the highsalt wastewater was pretreated by the process of“sequential batch Fenton oxidation-plate and frame filter pressureevaporation”;the high-concentration wastewater was pretreated by the process of“catalytic micro-electrolysis-Fenton oxidation-flocculation precipitation-catalytic ozonation”;and then the pretreatment effluents were mixed and treated by the processes of“hydrolysis acidification-A/O”and“Fenton oxidation-flocculation precipitation”.The actual operation results show that the pretreatment process by qualitative classification can greatly reduce the concentration of organic pollutants in the wastewater and improve the biodegradability.The comprehensive treatment and terminal treatment process can further improve the treatment efficiency,stabilize the effluent water quality to meet the requirements of the sewage treatment plant in the park.
