摘  要:对生产Lyocell纤维用竹溶解浆与木溶解浆进行了基础性能和内部结构的分析,并结合浆粕在NMMO溶剂中混合、溶胀、溶解现象,评价了浆粕的适用能力。对浆粕的化学成分、杂质含量、纤维结构、分子量分布等重要性能进行了表征,对竹溶解浆与木溶解浆在吸收溶剂速率、溶解性能上作对比分析。结果表明:竹溶解浆杂质含量略高、纤维长度分布不均匀、分子量分布分散度较大,导致其吸收溶剂速率较慢,溶解时间较长,需进一步改进竹溶解浆内部结构和基础性能,以提高其在Lyocell纤维制备工艺中的适用能力。This paper evaluated the availability of bamboo dissolving pulp for Lyocell fiber production through comparing the characteristic of wood dissolving pulp and bamboo dissolving pulp,including the chemical composition,the fiber structure,the molecular distribution,the ability of solvent absorption and the performance of dissolving in NMMO.The result indicated that the impurity content and degree of molecular dispersion in bamboo dissolving pulp was higher than that in wood dissolving pulp,leading to the lower speed for absorbing solvent in mixing and swelling process,which made bamboo dissolving pulp dissolve in NMMO much slower.It was necessary to optimize the fiber structure and properties of bamboo dissolving pulp in order to improve the availability in Lyocell fiber production.
