摘 要:通过常规物理检测、燃烧实验、光学显微镜观察、扫描电镜观察、能谱分析的方法比较国内外美纹原纸的差异,探讨其使用性能与内结合强度的内在联系,然后通过在浆内添加胶乳和固着剂来提升美纹原纸的内结合强度。结果表明:国外美纹原纸比国内美纹原纸内结合强度高出约21%~66%,国内外美纹原纸有较多不同之处,国外产品外观偏黄,点燃后不能充分燃烧,燃烧残渣呈网状结构,光学显微镜显示其纤维表面及周围有较多化学助剂碎片,扫描电镜显示其纤维表面包覆一层化学助剂,能谱分析表明该物质元素组成为C、H、O。综上,国外美纹原纸极有可能在浆内添加特殊物质,或采用特殊表胶工艺。本文通过在浆内添加0.07%的聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)及2%的苯丙胶乳,使美纹原纸内结合强度提升约68.5%,达到理想效果。By methods of conventional physical property testing,combustion testing,optical microscope observation,scanning electron microscope observation and energy spectrumetc analysis,differences between domestic and international masking tape base paper were studied,and then different kinds of latex and fixing agents were added into the pulp to improve the internal bonding strength.Results showed that the internal bond strength of the foreign base paper was 21%~66%higher than that of the domestic base paper,and its appearance was yellowish,and it could not burn fully,and its combustion residue was reticular structure.Optical microscope showed that there were many pieces of chemical additives on and around the international paper’s fiber surface.Scanning electron microscope showed that the international paper’s fiber surface was coated with a layer of chemical additives.Above all,it was considered special chemicals or process were used in the international masking tape base paper.Then by adding 0.07%polyethyleneimine(PEI)and 2%styrene acrylic latex into the pulp,the bonding strength of the base paper could be increased by 68.5%.
