摘　　要：游离度直接影响浆料在纸机上的滤水速度,并影响纸张的表面机械强度、整理性等指标。传统的测量费时费力,时效性差。Satron在线游离度仪能够在线实时测量浆料游离度数据,指导生产操作,节省能源,对打浆质量和纸机成纸指标具有重要意义。Freeness directly affects the water filtration rate of the pulp on the paper machine,and affects the paper’s surface mechanical strength and finishing properties.Traditional measurement requires sampling and testing,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive and lacks timeliness.Satron online freeness meter can measure beating freeness data online in real time,guide production operations,save energy,and is of great significance to beating quality and paper machine index.
