纸卷硬度计RoQ在铝箔衬纸生产中的应用

摘　　要：总结纸卷硬度计RoQ在铝箔衬纸纸卷质量管理上的应用,通过管理抄纸母卷横幅硬度变异系数,对抄纸母卷硬度变异提出预警;利用纸卷硬度计RoQ监测纸机主要辊件的横幅硬度,通过横幅硬度曲线确定辊件磨损和老化程度,科学确定更换周期;管理复卷机分切纸卷的横幅硬度和端面径向硬度,据此统一操作规范,使得纸卷内外结构均一、消除机台差异和操作差异,提高产品的均一性;所生产的铝箔衬纸盘纸质量均一,满足高速烟机的使用要求。The application of the paper roll hardness tester in the quality management of the base paper rolls of cigarette lining paper is summarized.By managing the coefficient of variation of the cross direction hardness of the paper roll,an early warning is given.The cross direction hardness curve of the main rollers of the machine can determine the degree of wear and aging of the rollers,and the replacement cycle time is scientifically determined;the cross direction hardness and the radial hardness of the rewinder slitting paper roll are managed,and the operating are unified accordingly to make the internal and external structure of the roll is uniform,eliminating machine differences and operating differences,and improving product uniformity;the quality of the cigarette lining paper is uniform,which meets the requirements of high-speed cigarette machines.
